What to Expect

What should I expect at Saturday at 5:00 p.m. Worship in the Fellowship Hall?
This service follows our traditional liturgy and hymns, but with screens to follow along instead of using a hymnal. Worship bulletins are handed out on your way into the Fellowship Hall.

What should I expect at 8:00 & 9:30 a.m. Worship in the Sanctuary?
This is our traditional Divine Worship service with liturgy and hymns with organ accompaniment. Hymnals and Bibles are available in each pew. Worship bulletins are handed out on your way into the Sanctuary.

What should I expect at 10:45 a.m. Worship in the Fellowship Hall?
Our 10:45 worship is led by our Praise Band, with modern worship music. Lyrics and spoken parts are displayed on the screens, as well as worship bulletins are handed out on your way into the Fellowship Hall.

What should I expect at Monday’s 6:30 p.m. Worship in the Sanctuary?
This service is designed to be casual, but still follows our traditional hymns and liturgy. Hymnals are available in each pew. Worship bulletins are handed out on your way into the Sanctuary.

Does Immanuel have Bible Study on Sunday mornings?
During the 9:30 a.m. hour, we have Adult Bible Studies.

What should I wear?
Many wear a range from their “Sunday best” to casual attire at our 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. worship services in the Sanctuary. Our Fellowship Hall worship tends to be more casual, as well as our Monday evening worship in the Sanctuary.

How early should I arrive to worship?
About 10-15 minutes early should be plenty of time to find a parking spot, get a worship bulletin on your way in and find a seat. 

As a guest, should I sign in at worship?
Yes, please do! In the Sanctuary, please fill out an attendance card, located in each pew. In the Fellowship Hall, fill out the form in the maroon pad, there is one located in each row.

What do you have for kids and youth?
Children of all ages are welcome to join you in any worship services. We also have a 9:30 a.m. Sunday School hour for preschoolers, elementary, middle school and high school ages.

Where are the donuts?!
Between the 8:00 & 9:30 a.m. Sanctuary services, we host our “Connections Cafe” in the Atrium (next to the Sanctuary) with donuts and coffee.
